Although we don’t take bookings on day to day basis we are often asked to cater for special, one off occasions such as wakes and post wedding lunches and dinners. Feasting menu Autumn 2019
Feasting menu consists of shared starters, and then one choice main course for the whole group. (Vegetarians catered separately**). Only one menu choice per group. Minimum 8 people

Platters of House cured charcuterie
House cured salmon, cucumber, mustard and dill
Roast Forge farm pumpkin, labneh and dukkah
Main (Choose 1 dish for the whole group to share)
Pies: Each serves 2 people
Steak pie and mashed potato
Rabbit, snail and smoked ham pie and mashed potato
Fish pie and buttered greens
Big Braises: Each serves 5ish people
Seven hour Salt Marsh lamb shoulder, potato and olive oil gratin, greens
Slow cooked beef shank ‘Bourguignon’ dauphinoise potatoes, greens
Venison shoulder ‘Osso Bucco, risotto Milanese

Roast Chicken, dauphinoise potatoes and watercress
A platter of partridges, Montbeliard sausage and choucroute

A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill
Menus available via confirmed booking in advance only: Tuesday – Saturday lunch (12-2:30pm) or early evening (6/6.30/7pm) dinner. Bookings to be confirmed by a deposit of £10.00 per person booked.
